Q.  What are your hours of work?
A.  The warehouse is open at 8.30 am and closes at 4 pm. The office is open from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm (Monday to Friday), therefore the telephone will be manned during office hours
Q.  Can I speak to someone about my order?
A.  Yes, you can discuss your requirements with Paul, however, you would still put your order through the website, if Paul is unavailable, we ask that you put everything in an E-Mail and Paul will endeavour to respond to this asap (usually within 1 to 3 business days)  
Q.  Can I amend my order?
A.  Yes, you must contact us within 2 working hours (working hours are 9 am – 5 pm) from date of order, after this time your contract with us is binding and we will start to manufacture your product. Please try to ensure your order is correct before you process this online
Q.  How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A.  We endeavour to despatch tailor-made products within 10-14 days (this allows for a 2 working hours cooling off period from placing your order, during which time you can cancel your order). We will aim to deliver ‘made to order’ products within 7 days.  See full terms and conditions
Q.  Can I collect my order and what time can I collect from you and is there a discount?
A.  Yes, we welcome collections. Your order can be collected between 9 am to 4 pm.  If you need to collect your order outside of these times, please arrange this with the office.  Any discounts will be given at the discretion of Paul, please contact the office to enquire about this.  See full terms and conditions for more information about collections
Q.  What carrier service(s) do you use?
A.  For single items (dependent upon size and weight) we will use DPD carriers.  Bulk orders will be delivered by Viamaster on pallets on a 48 hour service, UK mainland only
Q.  Are there delivery charges?
A.  Yes, for orders up to £799.99 exc. VAT charges apply. For orders > £799.99 exc. VAT we offer FREE delivery to UK mainland customers only.  Orders not made through this online site a delivery charge will be implemented, and this will be confirmed at the time of the quote
Q.  A product size is not listed can you help?
A.  Yes we may be able to help, please E-Mail us, include the details of your enquiry, including measurements as appropriate at  Paul will endeavour to respond within 1 to 3 business days
Q.  Do you sell other products other than doors?
A.  Yes, we provide panels, plinths and cornices to match your doors in raw MDF
Q.  Do you colour match or can I get the colour I've seen in my local DIY centre?
A.  No we are unable to colour match at this time but please feel free to ask as the situation may change in the future
Q.  Do you cut holes for hinges and handles?
A.  No, we do not provide this service
Q.  What is the curve radius tolerance?
A.  This can be up to 3 mm
Q.  Do you ship internationally?
A.  No we don't currently.
Q.  'Can I return my product if I simply don't like it or want it anymore'?
A.  Our tailor-made products cannot be returned other than being faulty or incorrectly manufactured, please see our full terms of service policy for more information
Our ‘made to order’ products, however, can be returned under our cancellation policy, again, please see our cancellation policy in terms of service
Q.  If my order is faulty, can I get a replacement?
A.  Yes, we will endeavour to repair or replace the defected order, basically you will be provided with a high quality finished product(s)  
Q.  Do I need to check delivery of my goods straightaway?
A.  If there is any obvious damage from the packaging due to them being damaged in transit, we ask that you check and report any issue immediately (within 24 hours). Otherwise, as we are aware that kitchen projects can take time to complete, to keep your doors safe and free from damage, it is best to keep them packaged for as long as possible, however, we do ask that you report any problems with your order within 7 days from receipt  
Q.  What is your returns policy?
A.  Tailor-made products cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly manufactured. ‘Made to order’ products can be returned, please see cancellation policy along with our full returns policy in our terms of service section
Q.  What do I do if my order is wrong (incorrectly manufactured)?
A.  Contact us as soon as you are aware, within 7 days from receipt of product(s), see full terms of service for more information
